Supply Concepts Inc. started in business just 4 years ago with a very simple business plan:

• Sell to only local St. Louis companies and organizations,
• Offer the most competitive pricing in town,
• Provide our customers with the best customer service, period.

We continue to grow with these three basic principles and we strive every day to meet our current customer’s needs. We are a young company with more “office supply” experience than most of our competitors. With all the competition from those big national out-of-town companies, we beat their pricing and customer service every day. We devote our time to our customers and not to beating out the competitors. Our ideas and principles are old fashion, but our systems and service capabilities sparked creativity and innovations that benefit our clients.

The “Concept” in our name means that we do have a new and fresh concept in selling office supplies in the greater St. Louis market. We have a strategic partnership with one of the largest office supply wholesalers in the country: SP Richards Co. One of their 39 distribution centers is located in Earth City, where they have a 225,000 sq. ft. warehouse. With “our” warehouse, we offer on a 24 hour basis, the largest selection of office products available in the greater St. Louis area. Over 28,412 different items are in stock for next day delivery.

We do business solely with other local businesses, thus keeping our local economy strong. Our singular mission is matchless, superior personnel services! Supply Concepts Inc. in the Community

Numerous studies have shown that locally owned, independent businesses recycle 40-45 cents of every dollar of revenue back into the local community. That is two to three times the amount that a large national operation has the ability to contribute. Local businesses hire local accountants, attorneys, advertising agencies, maintenance support, etc. This helps to keep the St. Louis economy vibrant, strong, and growing, which benefits the community from the bottom to the top and is salubrious to the community’s prosperity.

Our scholarship has helped numerous students succeed in a business environment where they first thought achieving such a distinguished goal was impossible. SCI’s dedication to the St. Louis community goes beyond office supplies.

SCI’s support and contributions to the Ronald McDonald House in St. Louis has been a relationship that has only grown since beginning four years ago. Sponsor and participant in the 2008 Ronald McDonald Charity Golf Tournament, SCI believes that organizations like this are crucial to the constant support and inspiration that is needed to better our community.
